When the physician pathway opens, a person reads your answers. If you don’t meet the standard we say so in writing, with the reason. Today the covered-care check gives you the rule-based read on your own device.

Only if the review passes. A real encounter with the certifying practitioner — a physician, registered nurse or licensed social worker — a plan of care, and a dated certification valid twelve months.
The heart of the cooperative is companion care at home delivered by caregivers who own the company. We are not offering it yet, and here is the honest reason.
Providing personal care in Colorado — bathing, dressing, meals, supervision — requires a Class B Home Care Agency license from the state health department. Until one is issued we will not sell, schedule or staff a single hour of personal care, and we won’t take deposits against it either.
When the license is issued, care opens in Boulder County first and expands from there.
Nothing here makes anything HSA- or FSA-eligible, or improves the odds of a certification. Whether care qualifies is a separate clinical determination against a published standard — chronic illness, a plan of care, an actual encounter — and it comes out the same for everyone. Anyone who sells you a membership as a way to unlock a tax benefit is selling you the wrong thing.
