co-op.care
A Colorado care cooperative · Boulder County
For senior communities

Care your residents can own a piece of.

A free care wallet for every resident, companion care from neighbors, and a physician pathway when it’s needed — structured as a cooperative, so the people who receive the care and the people who give it are owners, not customers.

A free care wallet for every resident

Emergency info the ER can scan, a plain-language benefits finder, and a way to put wishes on paper. Useful on day one, no cost, ever.

Companion care from neighbors

Help at home from caregivers who may already live in your community — walkable, familiar, minutes away instead of dispatched across town.

A physician pathway, when it’s needed

Care assessments and documentation backed by a licensed physician. Companion care itself is non-medical; anything clinical has a doctor behind it.

Ownership, not a vendor

One member, one vote. Residents and caregivers hold a real stake — care that can’t be sold out from under them.

co-op.care is a Colorado Limited Cooperative Association; ComfortCard is its membership and wallet layer — not insurance or a financial product. Companion care is non-medical; clinical care is provided by licensed physicians, and not every situation qualifies for a physician letter or pre-tax treatment. All caregivers are background-checked. Home care delivery is currently Boulder County, CO. There is no cost to a community to explore a partnership.
